SHELTER FOBs Do Not Lock Down Doors


Enrolling a fob into the system but the fob then not being able to lock down devices. This is because the fob must be set to control all locks or a group of locks via the cloud software or the gateway webpage, when it is initially enrolled it has nothing assigned to be controlled.
