The Workstation name does not appear in the drop down list for the portal gateway.


Ensure the Stanley Communication service is running in services.

  1. Click on the Start button.
  2. In the Search Programs or Files text box, type Services.msc
  3. Services.msc will appear in the results list. Click on it to open the services console. 
  4. In the right side of the Services Console, locate the Stanley Wi-Q Communication Service.
  5. Verify the Stanley Wi-Q Service is running. If it is not, start it at this time.
