Why do I get a single light when I swipe my card with no beeps?


The card being swiped does not have access to the lock. It is either in a time schedule that does not allow access at the time you are trying to gain entry or it is not enrolled into the lock at all.

Verify the cardholder has access to the reader via access levels associated to the cardholder in BASIS System Administration software or via the user groups on the Users tab in Wi-Q Configurator application.
